Original Conditions:

	When I purchased my home it had fiberglass batt insulation in the exterior walls and vinyl framed, double-paned windows without any blinds or drapes.
	The ceiling had about 3 inches of blown in cellulose insulation.
	The crawl space had an excellent vapor barrier on the ground but the floor was totally uninsulated.
